By making a reservation at Benal Beach Studio, located within the Benal Beach Apartments complex in Benalmádena Costa, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below. Reservations are considered confirmed only after being accepted through the booking platform used or through written confirmation provided by the host. Payment, cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the selected offer and are those displayed at the time of booking.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and is carried out through a 24/7 self check-in system. Access instructions are provided prior to arrival. Check-out must be completed between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for vacating the property on time and leaving it in a proper condition.

The property is intended exclusively for tourist accommodation. The maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation must be respected throughout the stay. Parties, events and any unauthorized use of the property are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.

Pets are not allowed. Guests are required to respect quiet hours, local regulations and the general rules of the Benal Beach Apartments complex, including the regulations for pool use and all shared areas. Pool access is free for registered guests and is granted with a wristband provided by the host, in accordance with the complex rules. Pool access is seasonal. The host is not responsible for any seasonal restrictions or administrative decisions made by the complex management. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay and may be required to cover repair or replacement costs. The host is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

The host reserves the right to cancel a reservation or require guests to leave the property without refund in cases of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, inappropriate behaviour or violation of complex rules. These Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time the reservation is made.
